We collect information provided directly by you when you book a studio session, request a quote, or connect with our team:
- Personal Identification: Name, professional email address, contact phone number, company/channel name.
- Booking Specifications: Date, time slot, chosen set design, number of cameras, microphone requirements, teleprompter scripts, and custom branding assets.
- Audiovisual Content: Raw multi-track audio and high-resolution 4K video recorded during your production sessions on our premises.
2. 100% Intellectual Property & Media Rights
You maintain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights to all recordings, podcast episodes, scripts, and content produced at Ravi Sarin Podcast Studio. We do not publish, distribute, or share your recordings, behind-the-scenes clips, or guest presence on our social channels without your prior written or verbal approval.
3. Data Storage & Footage Retention
All uncompressed 4K video files and WAV audio stems are captured directly to high-speed solid-state media and backed up to our local RAID storage. Unless an extended cloud archive service is contracted, raw studio footage is retained on our local drives for a standard duration of 30 days following delivery to allow for client downloads and post-production requests, after which raw files are safely purged.
4. Non-Disclosure & Celebrity Confidentiality
For unreleased films, proprietary corporate discussions, embargoed interviews, and celebrity appearances, we are fully prepared to sign your standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Our production crew is trained to maintain strict silence on unreleased discussions and projects.
